Cancellation Policy:
Effective April 27, all cancellations will incur a $25.00 administrative fee. All registration cancellations, substitution requests and refunds must be submitted in writing, faxed to 713-583-1358 or e-mailed to acooper@hartenergy.com. Substitute conference registrations made be made in advance or on arrival with no penalty. Cancellations made after April 30, 2010 will receive a refund less a $250.00 administrative fee. In lieu of an administrative fee, registrant may request a certificate of credit in the amount of the administrative fee towards a future conference registration. Refunds are not available on or after June 1, 2010. No cancellations will be accepted by telephone, please.
